My shoe appears to be 5/8" deep, 1.25" wide, 2" high. Has notch in slot black cam. It also has a SS screw which holds the end of the spiral in it. Do you make a shoe with a screw hole in it, I don't see any on your site

I can't find any numbers to correspond with your product offerings. The stamped numbers I can find are: E98 9#27 8 84 11600-17 The dimensions are 3"x6.25"x0.75", exclusive of the 0.5" mounting tab. What Sash Balances do I need?

Hi, This is a picture of a vinyl double hung pivot bar I need. I don't know the make of the window. The bar is a channel shape. It is 2.1/4" long, 5/16" wide and 3/16" thick. It looks to me like the spline is not symmetrical and has a small flat tab on the one side. Does this tab go more towards the center of the door, or towards the edge of the door? I am referring to spline 55-109

HI I am building a new home. My inpsection failed as a couple of windows require a lock so it does not open more than 4" (code). I need to place or glue a simple stopper ONLY TEMPORARILY to pass inspection as my windows are highend (JeldWin) and do not want to screw anything. What w ... (cont.)

The windows noted above were installed in May, 1989. There are 1" stoppers on each side of the upper windows that prevent the bottom window from being raised up more that 3 1/2", which gives a sense of security, especially at night.
