I need a replacement for part # 8221 ASP It looks just like your part 84-026 but it is only 1" wide instead of 1-1/8" wide. I tried the 1-1/8" ones and they did not work.

Do you sell screen clips. See picture. The clips are spring loaded and they attach the screen to the top of the window. By pulling down on the clip it releases the screen for removal. The spring that holds out the latch (and holds up the handle) of the mortise lock on my pella storm door is broken. However, this latch does not look to be the right one; the width of the faceplate on the mortise lock is only about 9/16" to 5/8", definitely not 13/16". Can you help me identify the ... (cont.)

I need to replace this bent and rusting lock. The exterior key lock is inset with a cap around it that us flush to the door. The interior is a thumb turn that has Andersen written on it. Window Balance shoes 15-004 and 15-005 appear to be the same. What is the difference between the shoes? I am not sure which one I need.

I need a S385-36 balance, the one I took out was stamped 3518. Which option would I pick for that stamping. I was not able to weigh the window, it is 32x36 double pain aluminum frame. Thanks for your help. Marty

The only thing stamped on the item is 28C The metal is exactly 29' There are 2 pic showing the window track. one looks normal (as you show it on a video.) However the other is just 2 pieces of metal sticking out of the track. So what do I need.
