Piece of the plastic broke on the bottom of my window. Appears to have been epoxied on previously. Unclear how to proceed and my condo association has no information on who makes the windows. Frustrated with searching and really hoping someone can help me!!

Much of this plastic exterior window trim is cracked and falling out of our windows. The window manufacturer (Champion)has gone out of business. It's not the Champion windows from the Mid-West, but was a local Austin, Tx. company.

There are no markings on the existing latch and no make/model on the windows. They are old windows in an Concordia an adult community built many years ago. We recently purchased new 29" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balances for the windows. Code #S600-29. I was thinking of trying the keller window ... (cont.)

Trying to find a part for vinyl double hung window. My girlfriend's window track broke I don't have a manufacture or part number. looking at 3/8 locking clips. current ones are black plastic and keep breaking. can I substitute metal ones? also do you have double wing clips

I have the above window in our bathroom, which rotates open at the top with an "X" crank arm at the bottom (see last pic). The handle came off, and the metal shaft inside it was sheared off.
