I have Alcan windows from 1992 and the material around the edges are cracked and brittle. Do you carry this? Michael

1/2'" channel balance for PGT window. Need both left and right. Looks like 19-005 on top and either 15-0001 or 15-002 on bottom. 29DS 1/2c 37 marked on back.

These Certainteed windows are about 13 years old and the metal coils have been broken for a few years. Just getting around to replacing them. I need 9 rigtht and 9 left. On the coil cover there is a number H65 34/5M. What parts do I need? Thanks for your help. Matt

we have these storm screen alumni parts that need repair, there is no name on them but the clips are almost gone on all of them and some of the weather striping needs to be replaced

Looking for new latches for my season-all windows. Size doesn't matter, I can drill new holes in window frames.

Tom I have the 38-090 latches which 1 or 2 lever/latches have broke. I have a contractor saying I need to replace the window. My question is can I just replace the latch? Do you have instruction on how to just replace the latch?

Operator arm is 10 1/4" long. What replacement operator parts will work in place of this old broken one?

Part says DNS Industries 16 inside pull standard Tried to replace with a assembly from slide- co which mounted fine but would not lock. locking lever about 1/2 inch lower.

There are no numbers stamped anywhere on the balancers. Included are photos of the top and bottom of 1/2" x 29" balancers that I cannot verify from your photos. The mechanism doesn't work when you crank the window open or closed. It gets stuck. I do not have the part number.
