Hello, my condo was build around 1968 and these are original. I have the catch/lock for three doors but not the fourth door. I just need the piece with two screws that attaches to the door frame (see photo Lock3.jpg). Any help would be appreciated. Chuck

Hi, I have a Pella storm door. Model number unknown. The mortise latch has failed. I have attached pics. The only markings on the lock are 06 06 14. Do you sell a replacement?

I have aluminum windows which use the pivot shoe like your part number 15-045. 3/8x1x1-7/8" Many problems with spiral sash balance coming loose from the pivot shoe; it's a poorly designed shoe. Is there any other shoe from a different manufacturer that will substitute?

Good morning, I need a latch and handles for a sliding glass door. the broken latch fell inside the sliding glass door when it was being removed. Will the 40-101 handle work in a Pado lock that is on a 1" wide door? I've seen other replacements that suggest cutting the spindle. I'd rather not.

I have double glass doors (out swing) in my retail shop.
