Looking for replacement carriers for my windows. I upload a picture of the spring (which is fine) & the broken carrier which is 3 inches long and about 1/4 wide. I can find no identification on the windows, springs or carriers

The balance shoe on my windows appears to be worn out. The pin that seats into it keeps getting bent. I was able to remove the window, but now cannot replace it. This roller came off an aluminum framed builders sliding unit from the early 70's. The cast housing is 5/8 wide x 1-1/8 tall and overall length is 2-3/4 without measuring screw. I am in search of two. Thanks, Adam

My windows are 1966 vintage. And the part that attaches to the outside sash is on an angle. Do you folks carry these sash locks. I talked with customer service last week and they said they could identify the rollers I have from a picture.The roller on the right of each picture are the ones I need to replace. I thumb turn lock 40-089. I tried to install it in my door and the lock does not fit. The one sent is rounded on the top and bottom. The one needed is flat on the top and bottom.
