broken carrier

Balance shoe for Milgard double-hung windows
The balance shoe on my windows appears to be worn out. The pin that seats into it keeps getting bent. I was able to remove the window, but now cannot replace it. looking for a replacement window lever/crank for a Hurd window
I have window opener and the crank mechanism has broken, will still open window but handle of crank pops out when you try to close it. Trying to find a replacement for it. The arms of the opener are close to 21" across when closed. The crank case is 5" across and just under 1" tall and comes 1.25" ... (cont.)

Vent latch

Sliding door roller replacement
This roller came off an aluminum framed builders sliding unit from the early 70's. The cast housing is 5/8 wide x 1-1/8 tall and overall length is 2-3/4 without measuring screw. I am in search of two. Thanks, Adam

My windows are 1966 vintage. And the part that attaches to the outside sash is on an angle. Do you folks carry these sash locks. Also I had some failures with with the double pane casements (or crank outs). Is it possible to still buy replacements for these older windows. Plus these win ... (cont.)

Key tumbler thumb turn
I thumb turn lock 40-089. I tried to install it in my door and the lock does not fit. The one sent is rounded on the top and bottom. The one needed is flat on the top and bottom. Which Option?
I have a 36" x 45" MilGuard sash window with a failed sash balance. I have removed the balance. The stamp is: 20 4 JQ CALDWELL. I think I need the S385-21 Option 2040. Please verify.

The pictures I sent seem to be the same as your product code 84-050 if your picture is when fully closed. Dimensions are the same. I am looking for steel wheels since my nylon wheels all have broken. Let me know if your product code 84-050 is what I need. Thanks Scott
