Trying to replace missing/damaged tilt latch for my windows. Have included pics of Lh off the window and Rh on the window. Hi, I broke the Right side tab that holds the top part of my window in place. It is a tilt sash window. I am looking for replacement Andersen Window sash balance. The original part # is 11600-17 and D82 7#31 5 87 (not 100% sure about the 87). This is the roller that came out of my door , but the repair man replaced it with a steel roller assembly which worked much better, which Steel roller assembly is compatible to finish the rest of my doors.

Channel balance is approximately 22 inches long 1/2 inch wide with the numbers 21B and B.S.I. stamped on it. Top sash Balance guide has one hole for screw.

Is there a difference between operator 39-099 and 39-343. I bought one with the adaptor plate, and I do not need to use the plate. After installing the operator, I cannot close the window completely, the arm of the operator is hitting the window sill. Any suggestion?
