The latch on my rolscreen door is very hard to unlatch. It takes so much side force to "click" I am afraid I will break it. Can this be adjusted? Or is there something I can check before ordering a replacement 84-225?

Have this device installed on patio slider door. I am considering to have a locksmith come out to service or repair this if it is still serviceable. Who made this, is replacement cylinder plug & keys obtainable, is the cylinder re-keyable? Thank you in advance, David L.

I am stumped as to which stamp option to order all I see on my old balance is 23 C I assume this is the strength of the spring. If I were to choose I would choose stamp option 2330 but I don't know...Please help as I would like to order today...Thanx Joe

I have hurricane impact windows throughout the house and every window has become difficult to open and close. Some balances have fallen out.
