I was wondering if the bottom rollers are the same as the top rollers. The tops are 84-028 as best as I can figure since one broke as I was trying to take the door off. I have these doors with the top rollers, they do t go onto the tracking I have. I need to either buy the right tracking or replace wheels. Which would be better to do and can I buy the necessary parts from this web site? If so what parts would I need?

I have broken Window Crank and I have narrowed down what I need to this model: 39-027. these are double hung windows circa 1982. these parts fit on the inside of the plastic side rails that hold windows in frame. they attach to a spring to ease the movement of the windows up.
