Hi I have a channel balance measuring 29 inches in length. About 1/2" wide. Back if sash reads 27 4 11 gw cmc. Can't find the exact length in your catalog. There is a white cord in the inner base and spring. Thanks Cathy

I have a 1977 wood 4' Pella sliding door. The small flip up/down lock lever is broken. The remainder of the handle is intact. Where can I just buy the lever that sticks out of the handle and activates the lock? Some of the Pella levers are $25 + and this thing is worth about $0.50. ... (cont.)

The current pulls are made of plastic. When the window is shut, the part that holds the screws in the pull to the window is only one eighth of an inch depth. Do you have anything that could replace the current plastic pulls as the the Curved part is broken? Thank you, Kathy

The operator for this window needs to be replaced. It will open the window, but no longer closes it. I've removed part of the window casing to expose it for these pictures. Hello, I am sorry - but I only have these parts to show you. The door is 36" X 80" The part is approx. 1" long to the bend and another inch heading towards the screw. And 1/2" wide. The wheel is 7/8" in diameter. No names or markings that I can see. Thank you for your service

Is parts 84-064 and 84-083 the same ,I know one is metal.

What is the procedure to replace this type of operator. Does the cover pry off, or do you remove the wood piece around the lever on the inside?

We do not have a picture of the shoe installed in the window, but hope you can help us with identifying it. The window is a generic tilt wash window (not an Andersen, Pella, etc.) and the sash balancer is a 5/8" wide balancer. We have replaced balancers and shoes before, so we are familiar with ... hello i have a sash top guide i need help identifying, the measurements are 1" across the top, 1/4" from top to the top hole, 7/8" to the bottom hole, 1/2" wide, with a total length of 1 1/2"

While I can't identify my windows, the screen keys appear identical to 95-181 except for the diagonal, which is 3/16". From what I have read on your posts, the 95-181 has a 1/16" diagonal, which, if used, will result in a 3/16" gap with the window frame. The 95-169 shows a 3/16" diagonal, but does ... (cont.)

Hi -- The crank base is 5 inches (length). please see the picture for specific look. Also, the crank handle has a #45012 and says US PAT#4083264. We need a full replacement for the crank handle and operator (it seems to be striped). Thanks, Sian
