I cannot find any markings on the the windows whatsoever. These pieces fit into the bottom of the sash (is that the right word? the square with the glass in it)and hook onto a spring that attaches at the top of the window opening. Trying to mend them has not proven successful. They are at least 25 ... (cont.)

We have all Caradco windows in our home installed in our home when we built it in 1991. Some of the knurled collars that hold the crank have become unusable, thus we can't open the windows. Are replacement parts available?

Hi: We have a caradco windows in our home. One window has a broken channel balance. The bottom hole that accepts the window pin broke off (near #10 in the picture). Is this something you can replace? Thanks, Bob
