I removed the operator from the window. Your part number 39-070 appears to match very close. My dimension is close but not exact on the 23 1/4. I measure 23 and presume that this should operate ok. Unless I hear differently from you, I will proceed with the order.

I need the 2 screws or bolts that install the screen door to the spring assembaly at the top.You can also adjust the door and its levelness with these bolts/screws (not sure which ones they are).
