Good Morning: Attached please find photographs of a broken window crank. The only identify marks are the numbers on the window hinge and MW on the plastic crank cover. The end of the spiral crank has broken off and I cannot close the window with the crank.

Metal plunger: 5/32 and the thinner side is 1/8 pretty sure I need the 70-009 Plastic Pin: 5/32 and the thinner side is 1/8. Do not see this on your site. Thinner side of plastic pin is ribbed.

The screen clips are for Malta tilt in double hung windows installed approximately 17 tears ago. The clips have no identifying part number. I need to know if Swisco part number 70-048 is the correct replacement screen clip for the Malta screen clip(s) shown in the photos.

How can you tell if the balancer needs cleaned/adjusted versus replaced? Several hard to raise/lower windows and all have those balancers. When I take it apart, what am I looking for? Thanks for the great site and info!

Dave P. Attached are the dimension and picture of the current window lock. we are looking at removing one in room for easy opening of one window in our school. We will need around 30 of them let me know if the item number 38-078 would work to replace this.

Could you post more pictures of the 20-360 tilt bar? The picture is confusing and I need to see the T bar area more close and clear for replacement. Thanks.

Need to replace old Truth window crank. Markings on crank are THRUTH 4005 lH Would like to have flip and fold down crank handle. Our windows are metal and use the 18" 1720 channel balances. I have purchased the balances and have attached new hardware to each. However, when we went to replace each of the channel balances, we noticed that the top sash guides on each side of almost all of our windows are broken. I have lo ... (cont.)

the operator arms are 4 1/2" from the wood frame to the joint and the other piece is 5 11/16. The restraining arm is 7". I need this hardware and anything else you would recommend for one left hand window and one right hand.
