On the inside, it is stamped "Truth" and the number 45206. It looks like and has similar dimensions to your Dual Arm Crank 21-1/2", product code 39-083. I have been able to find all other parts on your site for the windoews I am repairing. I don't see a latch like this one. Do you think you might have this item? I was informed by Menards that Jeld-Wen doesn't sell parts and stumbled across your website. The roller I have is metal instead of plastic, but the shaft (plastic) ears that catch on the roller assembly have worn out. 1) will this replacement work 2) can I just get the plastic shaft inserts? Hello, I have a generic vinyl window in my home/office that is approx 46" wide and 60" deep. Both of the plastic handles have broken off (20 years old). The handles were held on with 2 Phillips screws and they seem slightly longer than 3 inches apart...

I have a house built in the early 60s the sliding glass door has very old bearings with an unusual design. Is there a replacement for this without rebuilding the whole door. Thanks Rod

We have some Alcoa windows with the number 2093 on the glass panes. They will not stay up when opened (one actually falls hard). I am looking to replace the parts that will hold the window in the open position.

The bottom flat rail of the weatherstipping 7/16 to 1/2 inches and the piling is roughly 3/16". The bottom rail slides into two fine grooves.

This the clip that is screwed to the inside of the sash and holds the spiral balancer. Measurements are Length 1" and Width 9/16" Thank you!

Hi there, I have a channel balance to replace that has the numbers: 28 4 CALDWELL FM stamped on it. I don't see any numbers stamped on the plastic ends :(. The length is 29 inches not counting the plastic ends. Thanks!

This part has no numbers or markings. It's the clip that goes in to keep the balance from coming out. It goes at the top edge of both sides of the window. It's 15/16" wide and 1 1/2" long. Thanks for any help.

This is a face mounted swivel key for the lower sash or window on a 1/2 light self storing storm door. This is mounted to the side of the glass frame. All the swivel keys I see are with the corner assembly. I don't know the make of the storm door (25 Years or Older)
