channel balance stamps and shoes
My channel balance is 28 inches. The ends seem to match, but want to know if 004 and 005 are different. Also, my stamp is 27 C.

Patio door lock
I have a patio door lock like the one in the pics I have attached. My desire is to have a exterior lock on it so I can enter from the outside. I was wondering if your 82-002K or 82-306 would work for my purpose. Thanks David

1950's Glass patio door roller assembly
I've attached pics of a roller assembly, roller and axel from a 1950's 8ft double slider (both sides open & close). There are no markings of any kind. Caradco casement window operator

How critical are the weight options?
Hi, I have identified my balance - 27" Series 385 Channel Balance Product Code: S385-27, but I am not able to weigh the window. Stamped on the old unit is- "26 5 EW CMC 11" Is it critical to know the exact weight? I am guessing around 20 lbs. Thanks,Larry
