Channel balance w/ 19-005 and 15-002
I have a 30 inch channel balance that needs replacing. I have identified the top as a 19-005 and the bottom as a 15-002. I do not have any identifying marks on the balance itself. do you have a product that will fit my needs? Thanks in advance

What can replace my Andersen - F-9400-8A Casement Operator?
I am looking for an anderson part that is for a crank window. The part number I have is F-9400-8A. I have seen where there has been discussion about it on this site but how can I get one? Thanks.

Installing the 70-216 Pella clip
Are there any instructions for installing these clips? The ones I have WILL NOT close flat, and fall out of the screen. It seems as if there should be a notch or indentation within the scrren frame into which these should be secured.

sliding window guides
I am trying to find replacement parts for my sliding window. The inserts are 1/2" long and around 1/4 wide. Please see attached photos. I have been to Home Depot, they referred me to your website. I don't know who made these windows, purchased this condo 2 years ago.

Storm and Screen repair parts
I'm looking to repair a number of screen and storm inserts. Mostly the corner/latch parts are broken, but some of the top corners are also broken. Stamp Option for my S380-35
I am unsure of the stamp option to chose for my 4 channel balances that have to be replaced. The best fit seems to be 35" Series 380 Channel Balance Product Code: S380-35. The stamp on the original says 34-5 GA2 CMC 19

Anderson DH window balancer
Balancer is broken on the LHS of my Anderson DH window. The string does not retract for the lower window, probably because the tension spring is broken? Can I purchase a replacement balancer for the LHS? both sides are numbered 11600-17 LHS has E47 9#27 10-86 RHS has E52 9#27 12-86 ... (cont.)

The grooves attaching the handle to the crank have been stripped and it will no longer remain seated in the cranking mechanism. I have an old channel balance 26" 9/12" marked 2590 22 that I want to repalce. When I search your database it returns 350 (S350-26) and/or 351 (S351-26) series part. The part looks the same. Help choosing the correct channel balance
I need to replace an 18" long 1/2" channel balance. Your series 390 is the closest match but the balance I have has a 19-005 type top instead of the 19-002. What do you recommend?

Replacement Balance Help
