Hi, I have to replace the balances on two windows marked 30C BSI. Attached pics. They look a lot like the Series 795. Will they fit? The window is 32" from top to bottom. Would I get the 30" or 31"? If you could help us find a suitable replacement for a customer's patio door lock it would be much appreciated. My balancers are stamped ' 29 5'. I assume this is option 2950. Is it okay to upsize to 2960? This window is always 'heavy' to open with the current balancer size. They don't seem to help lift... Thanks
