29" Channel Balance
I need to order a pair of 29" channel balances for a window that weighs 20 pounds. I'm sure that I need either the 380 or 385 series, but I'm having a hard time seeing any difference between them in the pictures. Fixing Operator Arm on 24" Octagonal Window

replacement sliding door handle
I am looking for replacement handles for sliding patio glass doors. They are marked DOrWAL on the outer piece and stamped 120 on the inner handle bracket and 103 on the handle itself. Insulate 700 Latch replacement

Product 39-020 seems like the proper replacement part but I am concerned about the button on the end of the 9in arm. It has to fit into a track which I measured as 5/8 inch wide. what color bearing do i need?
My house is over 20 yrs. old and i need new spiral balances and the bearing tip is green,does the color of the tip matter?also the balanc is 3/8 and the length of the tube is 23 and 1/8 i am guessing it is a 23 inch tube.What series balances will i need? Thank you,

channel balance 33 DS 33
Our channel balance is not working and appears it rusted. Can you confirm which one we need to order. Numbers stamped on it are 33 DS 33 (and maybe BS1 RO). It's 34" long. It looks like the Series 385 channel balance is the correct one?
