I am looking for replacement handles for sliding patio glass doors. They are marked DOrWAL on the outer piece and stamped 120 on the inner handle bracket and 103 on the handle itself. I have been trying for several months (maybe even a year) to purchase a replacement latch for an Insulate window but can't seem to find one. Any suggestions on where to find a latch or a comparable one? See attached photo.

Certainteed window removable grid. Plastic part that holds it in place. Number stamped on part is Certainteed 8894X.

Product 39-020 seems like the proper replacement part but I am concerned about the button on the end of the 9in arm. It has to fit into a track which I measured as 5/8 inch wide. Our channel balance is not working and appears it rusted. Can you confirm which one we need to order. Numbers stamped on it are 33 DS 33 (and maybe BS1 RO). It's 34" long. It looks like the Series 385 channel balance is the correct one?
