I need to replace the spiral balances in 32" wide by 20" high by 1 1/4" thick wood window sashes. Each sash has two 27 1/2" by 7 1/2" glass panes. The house was built in 1963. I am a first time window repairer and I have selected 2 each S380-27 channel balances to repair my window. It looks like your model 80-111 will fit in my track OK but instead of rollers being located in center of track, they will be off to one side of track. Does the Channel balance top and channel balance shoe come as one piece when both are ordered with the channel balance? I have the correct ones figured out from the pictures. I purchased the coil housing pivot (15-087). When installed, it does not lock in place when the window sash is removed. Are there internal parts missing? If so, what else do I need to buy to make this work? (I have the coil) Thank you.
