I need 6 balances that are 29 inches long and 3/8 inch in I think it is red but to me it looks like a dark orange color. Then I need 4 pivoit shoes and 1 pivoit hing and I am sending some pictures of this stuff.

The dual arms fully extended are 17" long. A house logo and the word "TRUTH" are stamped on the right arm. I believe I only need the hand crank, gear drive/shaft and locking sleeve to make it work. Thanks

I have a window balancer block and tacle type the number on the balancer is: 31 9 cv cmc 2 The metal bar is 1/2" and measures 32" long Would it still be a series S385-32. I do not know what the options mean on the s385 block and tackle balances.

I am able to get the spindle insert on the new latch out OK but cannot get the spindle itself out of old door latch inside handle assembly. Any trick to removing or is this another replaceable part?

I have a mortise lock that is defective. I think a spring is broken. The lock hook tends to get stuck inside rather than "reaching out" to grab the catch on the door frame.
