Do you think you could identify this? Are operators like this still in production?

I need to know if you have this or if you know of someone who dose? It is a lock for the second door on a double door sliding glass door. it goes inside the door and has handles on it that are spring loaded and they lock at the very top and bottom of the door. Can you help me?

Do the left and right VE Andersen Window Operator come in bronze?

I have a no brand vinyl window and through my research, so far I am coming with the following: It has a spiral balance 24" long, appears to be 1/2 - 9/16 diameter and a red tip. All indications are that my operator is a Roto, but almost all documentation I find on the internet shows a "hex" stud, or receptical. The stud coming out of my operator is definately splined and measured approximately .32" diameter with a dial caliper. Will this 39-336 fit do you think? ... (cont.)

I have a crank handle similar to one of your 39-109B for Pella. 3/8" spline, 7/8" across, 4 inches (not 4 3/16) side to side, 2 3/4 (not 2 1/2) inches middle of spline to bottom, set screw on the bottom. Will your 39-109B work as a replacement? Thank you!

How do you go about making uniform cuts on the ends? Is there a tool so all the cuts match?

I have selected the 18-009 top sash guide for Kinco non-tilt windows. Depth seems to measure 8/16' instead of the 11/16' in sketch. All other dimensions match. Do i have the right part?

This looks like the set I have in my Atrium wood door. How do I know that it's an exact match? Did Atrium only make one set for it's wood doors or are there several?
