Need help to ID 1/2" channel balance
Hello. I need to replace a 1/2" non-tilt channel balance but the top and shoe combination are not among your standard selections. The top looks like a 19-005 and the bottom looks like a 15-001 or 15-003.

Please help identify the shoe.
I got a 2430 balance with a 19-002 top. However, I am having trouble identifying the right shoe. It's either 15-001 or 15-002. Size 2430 non-tilt 1/2" wide 19-002 top see pictures for the shoe (either a 15-001 or 15-002??) thank you.

Can the coil housing be reused?
I have determined following your directions that I need S180 coils to fix my window. Is it unusual for both sets on both sides to fail at the same time? Do the coil housings need to be replaced too, or can they be reused if undamaged? Thanks in advance for your reply.
