looking for this window lock for IWC

Screws on the top of a solid 3/4 inch wood door slide in track. At the lead edge of the first section of door.Nylon guide mounted on a 1/8" brass plate, 2" long 5/8" wide. Nylon mounted approx. 1/4" from end, two screw holes 3/4" apart.

Hello, I have a no name casment window. The guide on the top of the window that connects the window to the rail has failed. It appears that one of the 4 ears that slide onto the rail has broken off. These windows look kinda acient, I can't find anything that can identify its model, manufacturer, etc. They all just stuck, hardly can slide any more.
