I need to order a couple door pivots. I need to know which one. I don’t see it on the website. All I see is offset ones. I don’t think this one is. Could you point me to the right one ? I don't see any markings. This has been broken since we got the house. It looks like the coil spring assembly would move with the sash. But the connecting pieces between the spring assembly and the sash are rusted away... This window is in the bathroom shower

Hello can someone help ensure I order the correct channel balancers for my windows. I have titling, plain balancers with 34B stamped on them. hi, my windows are 35 1/4 x 68 1/4 and i need several of the balancers. i only took a photo of the bottom part, the top has a rod with a spring that hooks on to frame.

The crank handle of an awning window has come out and cannot seem to stay. The crews may be stripped. The window is original to my house which was built around 1991. It's a non tilt, 26-4, however I'm having a hard time identifying the the correct series. I think it might be a 385 but not sure.
