Yes. This balance comes fully assembled with the block and tackle pulley system installed as well as a 15-005 shoe and a 19-005 top attached.

I have tilt in windows, and need to replace 2 ribbed, channel set balances (they have shoe 15-014 attached). They are stamped with 22D (left side) and 22P (right side). I do not see these on this page. Do you have them in stock? I am looking at the S751-23 Thanks, Joe

The top of the 87-084 housing is 1/4" wide, but it flares out at the bottom. What is the width of the bottom of the housing?
