I have several old Andersen awning windows that have inoperable crank operators. Is it possible to replace the hardware with newer models since the exact replacement ones don't seem to be available? Does one have to remove parts of the sill to remove and replace the mechanism? Or should I just disco ... (cont.)

I have had success changing your Forever door latch with the 40-150 inside handle. Unfortunately, it is not a straight forward replacement though. I needed to add a shim underneath the 40-150 handle during installation so that the handle latched correctly.

I have ordered two 20-001 to install on a window that has broken cords. Do I need to remove the broken cords or can I just leave them?

What keeps the 80-013 bolt from falling/unlocking if someone jiggles the door a little bit? In other words, what keeps the bolt up?

What size screw fits the 40-150 handle?

Are the 84-066 mounting holes spaced 2 1/16" on center? With an adjustment hole centered at 1 1/4" ? THANKS

Bought 380 -24 channels and need the right sash guide.

Just want to make sure I have the right bar. Is there an end view of the 26-226? Mine has a round end with a rectangular slot that locks into the cam on the tension spring.

I have windows of unknown manufacture, and the tilt-lock shoes have shattered (where the balance hooks in). They have a TEAL cam (like #15-015) but have 3 teeth (like #15-118). Which one is more important. Size is too close to measure.

Is the tab on both corners or just one?

i have wood doors my corner is inclosed you cant see the screw you may know what iam saying plus i dont see the lenth from corner to end also my door takes 4 of screen door wheel corners like the 84-026

How do you install the 90-026 in place of the broken ones already there? The current ones are not installed with screws.

Does the 39-104 have a hinge so it folds over against itself?

I believe that the 84-070 is likely to be the replacement roller that will work for you but, you should still remove one of your old rollers and match it up to the 84-070 product picture to be sure.
