The door handle locking mechanism is broke on this door. I need to order a new one

Could you please help with a suitable replacement? I am not able to find the marking on it.

I need replacement parts for 3 Anderson windows. 2 are the first image. Don't know whether 4 1/2 or 8 3/8 arm need 3 cranks also.

Hello, I am looking to replace these window latches. I have 3 or more that are not working. I'm attaching two pictures.

I have what I think is a Swisco mortise door handle, and the base plate that goes on the inside of the door and "clamps" the inside and outside pieces together has stripped such that the screws that go through the door go right through it. Can you see if the handle holes pictured are 4 1/4 from the end of the unit shown in the picture? Everything else seems to be the right dimensions thanks

My sliding doors are 8 ft wide (96 in). I need a new bottom track but it doesn't seem to come in this length. Could I use two 48 in tracks as well? Thank you.

I'm needing a double balance coil for my customer. The size of the main body of the coil is approx. 4-1/16" x 1-1/4". The thickness is around 9/16". There is also no stamp on either balance coil, only the patent number. All photos attached are of the coil that needs replaced.

All information is in the attached pictures. Need to identify the type of channel hardware I need to make the windows go up and down easily. Also could use some instructions on how to remove the window pane off the tracks to replace the hardware.Thanks

hello I have dozens of these windows all over the house and all the cranks are bad.... what's the most cost-efficient way to replace these? some of these are on the second floor, which makes changing out brackets and things rather difficult. thanks

I am looking for replacement channel balances for some Alenco windows. Value stamped on balance is 2790. Looking on your options section, the value only goes to 2770. Would you be able to recommend a replacement? I need 4 of the balances, 4 top sash guides, P/N 18-174, and 4 take out clips. ... (cont.)

Looking to buy a dozen of these coil balance springs. Sash weight is 15lbs. Coil spring has a j hook on end. They go to a paradigm vinyl double hung window. Thanks

operator is right side 53/4" by 2" between holes 4 1/2" and 1 1/2" extended arm 3" plus 2" the brtacket is 7"

Hi, I bought a "Sash Dyad Crank, 5" a few days ago. Order number 3033460When I compared it with existing parts, I realized that it is too long. See the photo attached. Looks like the existing part's arm length is 4.5". Do you have that part available? Thanks. Harvey
