I'm looking to replace parts on 6 windows. All the sash pivots, all the coil spring balances and the upper latches I've included pictures. it doesn't look like The old sash balances will come out of the tracks without cutting into the vinyl? The measured length of the metal part is 24-inches and the width is 1/2 - inch for a non-tile window. Just not sure what style number to get (s380, S380, S395 or some other model).

Bought a home where some of these need to be replaced. No markings/names on these.Holes are 2-1/16 in apart. Opening of recess is 1-5/8. Length of unit is 3 in, width 1-1/8. Do you have anything that would work?

Hi! I am looking for a bronze vinyl glass retainer strip for my aluminum window sashes. They have shrunk and pulled away from my sashes, yet the rest of the unit is fine. Original latchs were dark brown or black. Seems like Keller 26-89BP or Better-Bilt 26-351 would work. Approx. size, 2 1/8L, 3/4 W, 5/8 W lower bracket. Ultimately have 22 windows need latches. If t his works, we'll look at replacing the ballasts.I welcome your recommendationThanks,Owen ... (cont.)

Sliders have numbers 2730 imprinted on backs. They are 29 inches long by 5/8 inches wide.

I'm not sure if these are left or right handed but these are the parts we need if you can tell in the photo which hand they are.
