I REQUESTING ASSISTENCE WITH GETTING THE CORRECT TRACK AND REPLACEMENT TRACK FOR A SLIDEING GLASS DOOR. THE HOUSE WAS BUILT IN 2007 AND I'M ASSUMING THE DOOR IS ORIGINAL. The balancer has a number on it 14 20 the metal part without the end clips is 15" overall length is 16" including the white clips thanks !!!!

I cannot figure out how to remove this tandem roller. The mounting screw is removed. The adjustment screw won't come off of the nut as the end of the screw is filed (to prevent it from coming off the but). Looking for suggestions.

Metal length is 32.5" Stamp is 32 5 pl B.S.I

The length of the metal channel is 26 5/8. It is stamped with 26 4, BSI NK. I am not sure who manufactured the window and I would need 4 balances.

Trying to identify the series so I can order replacement

I need 4 balance rods for norandex windows in palm beach Florida. The metal part is 1/2 inch wide and 37 inches long. The number stamped on it is 3635. I'm not sure if it's a series 380, 385, or 390. If you could let me know I would appreciate it. Thank you. Robert
