I need to remove the part that is pictured. It stops my window from closing completely. It has the number "10" on it. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

This is a sliding window from UniFrame. It has the abailtiy to lock down either side to switch which side opens. The circled item in the photo has gone bad on one of my windows. need window brackets. these are the codes on the back of track. i don't see them in your website. its 28inch long from medal to medal.

When I reinstall one of my single hung vinyl Milgard windows, only one channel balance will engage the sash cam at a time. Sorry, already put the door back together and installed it. The door handle says it is a Pella door, but I don't see any other markings, model #'s, or serial numbers that indicate it is a Pella door. Closet door is brass and glass. Not sure of the plastic roller is replaceable or if I need a new unit altogether. Case is appox 0.58" wide, 2.32" long (looks to be adjustable), and 1.05" tall. Unsure of roller diamter but has a marking of C-Co on it if that helps.
