Gears are stripped

I am looking for a window latch that will fit existing window.

The hinge is for the pictured door. Close up pics for the bolt pattern into the sill. Lower hinge is the broken one.

The balance is stamped with 29DS48L. The sash guides are breaking as years of sun daMmage make them brittle. Likely need new shoes as well. What is the best way to determine correct parts please? Thank you!

Hi! So the door handle for my deck has been cracked a bit since I moved in and now it's basically unusable. It says iwc on it. Just wondering if there is a replacement that's close I can install. Thank you

When trying to close the window, the handle comes unscrewed from the assembly. The crank opens three windows that open upwards and downwards. I don't see any identifying marks on the current crank. Thank you
