I am looking for a replacement for old caldwell tube style ultra lift balances. I measured 5/8" x 31 1/2" of the plastic tube and have 2 different weight sashes. I have a 48.6lb. and a 36.6 lb sash. Is this enough information for a quote? Thank you.

Hello. I am replacing the balances on my window. I am pretty sure it is the s390. Both shoes do not have wings. The bottom shoe depth is 1 3/32 in depth which is really close to the 1 1/8 in on the 390. I believe the difference in depth could be from natural wear from use. The length of the metal is ... I'm looking to purchase a replacement sliding door handle to replace the one in the attached photos. The only words on the handle are Made In New Zealand. There are no numbers on it.

Must you use a balance with the "L" stamp on the left side or could you just flip one stamped "R" over?
