Crank and hinge arm assembly and window lock

Trying to replace my crank and hinge arm assembly for Pella windows. The main arm is approx 11 3/4 inches. Also need to figure out window lock replacement part. Window lock is 3 inches where it meets the hole in window. Thanks!

We just recently purchased this home and I have found some of the pictures latches missing or broken. I am unsure which brand of window they are, but I have been told Anderson. The house was built in 2013 and I am sure the windows are original. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you sell the 2930 ballast?

I have the need for two ballast - This ballast is stamped 2930 - 30 inches in length without the end boots. I would like to order at least two of them with the boots , boot width is 1 3/32 in width.
