The only markings I can see besides CHINA is a faint 409 on the coil. This is the bottom sash of a vinyl simonton window. I have many of these similarly broken. You helped me previously on another window of a different type.

I need a basic builders grade patio door flush handle in white, but for a door that's 1-3/4" thick. The lock I need looks just like the last picture but with an extra "step" where my pen is pointing to accommodate the thicker door. Measurement from screw to screw is 6-5/8". I would like approximately 24 of these black plastic pieces that attach to the top of the bottom sash and attaches to the window spring.

I need 4 replacment balances for windows installed around the year 2000. The part is stamped 28C B.S.I. MJ. Is this something you all can provide?

This tilt latch tab snaps into the tilt latch and the plastic nubs that looked in broke off.

Metal channel that need replaced is exactly 59", it's hard to read the stamp. For a tall narrow aluminum sash window that weighs 40lbs. (Or as strong as you can make the window balance).

After painting the house exterior, the windows were sticking on opening. One of the opening handles (of two windows side by side) sheared. Assuming that's aluminum. Trying to find a replacement of the part(s) needed.

I need to replace the spiral balances on my window. It currently has 2 pairs of spiral balances installed per side (2 per side, 4 total). The window weighs 61.8 lbs. The tube is plastic at 7/16" dia. by 29" long. Will a 3/8" work? And what spiral balance would you recommend?

This part fits inside the window and is attached with two Phillips head screws. this piece fits into the Product Code: 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe, Slate Blue

As far as I can tell my channel balance is fine. It looks like both of my tilt balance shoes have broken. The window if I try to raise the window up, it does not stay up on its own so it looks like I just need to replace the shoes but I looked on your website and I didn't see any shoes That look sim ...
