Can you help me identify the proper sash I need and let me know whether or not you have them in stock

as the bottom is broken off and still in the window sill. additionally I see both pivot bar 26-040 and a cast aluminum pin similar to 26-400 I dont see a pattern (all top sill are 040 or all 400) are 040 and 400 interchangeable? the house is built in 2001 - but there are no branding on any ... I need to replace this part and need the accompanying shoe and the part at the top that hooks into the sash? On the outside is stamped 27B and then PR BSI. I see similar but not exact things on your website. Can you help me get the right parts?

The window crank will not close the window anymore and it looks like the piece falls out of the crank handle itself so I can't close the window. It looks like it needs a full replacement.

I have large mdf doors on a 2 inch track in my garage. Some of them are missing rollers. It looks like each door set has an offset and straight roller/hanger. I want to replace all the the hangers.
