Hello, The Mortise lock for our sliding door stopped working, when we went to remove it to take to hardware store it fell into the door. Do you know what type of mortise lock we need to order? We cannot locate brand name on door.

Good morning. I am looking for 2 of these tubes for Phillips windows in my home.

I have 3 Pella replacement windows that are all 17 years old and all the exact same size. The plastic on the window shoes all broke on all 3 lower sashes. I'm not sure exactly what I replace. Is it just the plastic bottom or the full spring piece? Sash weight is 17.6 pounds.

I have a single hung window and the window itself that opens is 33"W X 28 1/2"H. Can you help identify the window tape balancer, as I need to replace a few of them in my house? Thank you.

I have attached photos of an intact balancer with stamping C 3330 on it. It is 33 inches in length, 1/2 inch in depth, and 1/2 inch wide. It is U shaped. It only had a screw at top attaching it to the frame. No spacer was attached. Window has date of Jan 1995. THANKS.

While pulling up the upper window after cleaning it this spring out. Do I need to replace the entire balance? From what I can see the cord doesn't look broken. It just looks like it is unwound off the track.

Looking for a replacement pivot bar for broken ones

I have one window guess age is 1990 install. 35" wide window pane is 17" tall 5/8" width for balance is too big but it does look like the right type of balance for the old clip that was still there. Have photos

What series should i buy to replace the window balancer? Take note this has winges and the stamp in the balancer says 26-3 kh5 cmc 34

I believe this to be a "sash pivot pin" measuring approx. 3in...or what's left of one, anyway. The other half is still attached to the moving pane. The plastic seems to be in tact, but obviously the pin itself has sheared off. I'd like to confirm that I'm getting the correct replacement part(s). Can ... (cont.)
