As the subject states I believe these balancers are from Andersen Narrowline windows but can't make sense of the numbers to order replacements.

Looking for white window vinyl, 5/8 wide and 3/8 tall

Pictured are the 2 locks on same window, top intact, bottom one broken. Newly purchased house, looking to repair. Overall lock mechanism is 3" tall and 2 5/8" wide for reference. Any idea where I might find a replacement part. Window crank says Hurd Windows if that matters.

The folded over piece is 1/2". The piece that fits in the slot is 1/4".
