The deadbolt spins. Is there a small part to replace or does the whole 3 pint lock need to be replaced? Which lock would it be?

This is the window latch spring action that holds the window in the tract. It prevents the window from coming out of the track when opening or closing.

I bought this window from Sidex Corp of Wisconsin back in April,2008. I believe it was the Enhancement series by Republic. Would you be able to tell the replacement part I need to replace the broken piece. Thank you, Donna

The picture is of broken pieces of the pivot bars for my windows. They are about 3"and have no markings except for a little circle with a minus sign in the center and have two holes along the whole pin.These pins apparently are not strong enough material and they keep breaking. I need some pivot bar ... (cont.)

The sun kinda rotted the vinyl and they broke and the windows won't stay open. I looked @ the part and there no numbers on it but kinda look like your parts so I thought I would give you a try. 1 photo shows what is in the track where it's supposed to be and the others shows the insides after fallin ... Window became stuck and would not move up or down. I probably should replace the hardware shown in the picture. I want to make sure that I buy the correct hardware. Do you have a video showing the correct procedure to replace these parts?
