Need to identify the parts I need to replace. Coils on both sides seem fine may just have disconnected from the balance. I am pulling them out tomorrow just want to get a head start if I need to replace any of them.

Hello We tried to order one of your stock channel balances but they didn't work. This the original balance serial number that we need for our windows hope this picture helps.

The channel is 27" long metal part, 26-3 is the only marking, the house was built in 2007
