I'm in need of some glazing bead for a sliding glass door that appears to not be branded in the first photo. The other 3 photos are for the windows and all the identifying marks on them. Thank you in advance, I greatly appreciate the assistance.

i have Simonton Prism Platinum double hung windows installed in 2004! and i orderd Item # 15-192 Pivot Shoes, but they dont fit in the grove that the shoe slides in and how in the world do you get that double spring thing out so you can attach the pivot she ?? i have watched some of your U-Tube vid ...
