Milgard advised i check with you for this part. It is a Milgard Interior sliding door handle - Part No. HL0089TN, tan in color, Series Classic Montecedo Trinsic Tuscany.

This is the top right corner cap for a BFS window sash. I'm ordering the correct channel, but it also broke this cap when it happened. The square top is approx 7/8" by 15/16". Length is approx 1 3/16". I cannot find it. Thanks, Wes

Hi I have been trying to identify this vinyl(?) glazing bead on my 1982 house. It is a two-piece external system where one strip fits into a slot in the wood frame with a double-barb and the outer strip that retains the glass snaps into place by interlocking with the inner strip. If the rollers and the bearing with the shaft is available I can insert them into the metal housing. The plastic roller and bearings that are worn out.I currently need (4) rollers with bearing and shaft.Thank you Tim Dodge DBA Mr Fix It.

Need casement whole part order casement window

Need a part identical to this part but for a sliding door that is 1.5" wide. This part does not have the latch centered. Can't use old parts on the new one because the screw threads are different.
