Need to replace Window springss Are those parts available in my photos?

I need to replace the sash sweep lock and keeper on my MI Windows Series 3500, which were installed in 2017. Photos are attached above. The sash lock is 2 1/16" center-to-center and 9/16" from front face. The keeper is 2 1/4" center-to-center. What lock and keeper do you recommend? ... (cont.)

Which parts do you suggest I'm thinking 58-135 may be it. And the pile weatherstripping 58-127.The pile weatherstripping seems like it splits in the middle.

Im trying to save these old wooden windows. None of them have any mechanism attached. Theres no pully on the sash for an old counter weight system. Looking for this crank out mechanism for this older style window . It works but it doesn't hold the window in completely. Like the window next to it does . It pulls in but you push the window and it wiggles out a half an inch. Please help thanks !
