Older single hung aluminum double pane window, need replacement. Windows old enough no numbers/model stenciled on window. Total length balancer 28" aluminum 27 inches. Do I need to weigh window or is this enough?

Channel is 19-5/8" long. Stamp imprint is on the photo but is "19DS31". The IGUs have a date stamp of 2008 and I think they may be Millgard windows.Thank You! John
