The spring of the internal lock for our patio door is broken. But we are not sure the right replacement parts. Can you help us identify the right parts? Thank you.

It keeps the window in until it Is needed to tilt out.

Window top sash guide.

My window balance has a stamp number of 26C USB, what is my conversion? It is 27" long, .5" depth, with a 1" winged guide.

Plastic slider that spiral balancer is attached to and a metal bracket that connects the window sash to this bracket allowing the window sash to be opened closed and tilted out for cleaning I would need 4 of these

What are these made of. Are they steel? The current ones are some soft metal and many are bent. When I try to straighten them they just beak in half. Hoping yours are stronger than the existing ones.

Hello, I have and old Andersen double hung single pane window appox 31" wide X 23" high. Both strings snapped on the lower sash and I need to replacement balancers. I got this number off one still installed balancer and it is 11600-17. Any help would be appreciated Thank you, Wayne ... (cont.)

Needing help identifying the correct window balance and top "keeper" piece. The balance is 21" ans has embossed BSI 2040. It is 1/2" wide. The top keeper piece that attaches to the window is 1" x 1-1/4" on the top section.

I need a pair of window balances. The stamp on the current ones says: 30 HP44-45 J6X CMC 9 It is 31" long and the sash weighs 57 lbs. I'm not sure if the current balances are the right ones. I would like to buy a sliding window channel balance. When I try to find product number or name, it is 3420 AHP FR as the image I attached. Do you have any idea what I should buy?

I am unable to find names/numbers. I'm not even sure I have the name of what I'm looking for correct. I think it is a vinyl snap in bezel as it does snap in and feels like it could be vinyl. It snaps around the frame of a window that is then locked into place inside my window sash (my main window). ... (cont.)
