Parts similar to pictured broke in one window Now the top window will not stay shut and falls down without a piece of wood to hold it up. Hardware from that window is broken. There are Thermolite windows.

I need to replace a pair of window balancers. The marking on the balancers shows 0930 BSI PP. Channel width is 1/2" and shoe width is 1 2/32". See photos. Please let me know which parts to order. Thanks, Jordon

I need a pair of window balancers. The stamp on the balancers reads 22 4 A O Caldwell. Even though the stamp says 22, the metal portion measures 23 inches. See photos. The shoe width is 1 2/32". Hello I am looking for screws and a lock for a handle that was previously on my sliding door. The part numbers on the handle are SH-72-1 and SH-72-2. Would also be willing to replace the whole unit if necessary.

The door was installed in 1984. This one works; we want to get replacement parts for a similar door that had bad replacement parts.

Need some cranks for house built in 1970. Replacement ones I've gotten so far are either too narrow to fit on the sleeve or do t go all the way flush to the base. Part number 60-c-7041-62 with small 6 below. Many just need the knob but have heard can't get knobs alone. Thanks

These taken from windows fitted in 1995. They're slightly different to models I've seen recently, and I have no idea of compatibility. The parts themselves are just under 7"x 3" approx. I'm looking for two sets (four balances in total).
