I have Certainteed replacement windows. They have a soft rubber seal between the screen and the window frame. It's intended to keep the bugs out. It is 1/2" tall and snaps into a track on the frame. Any ideas on replacements? I have photos if that would help. Thank you, Bill

This is a latch from our Mercer single hung vinyl window. The screws are 2 1/4" apart.
