MI windows suggested that I reach out to y'all. For mi windows because these parts are no longer manufactured by MI Windows and doors. GA5500 is the window series that is installed in this house. I have one window with missing keeper or receiver. I have sent pics .Thank youEdward ... (cont.)

Hello - Do you offer a tension screw that goes into the coil balancers to help put pressure on it? It helps with the sash wont stay up or springs up.

How to remove screen with part 842 corner latch. Instructions in previous posts are not helpful. The part (842) doesn't slide or move. Pulling the tab dues nothing and I'm afraid to break it.

These are pot metal and fit into a 5/8" channel. They are 2" long and about 3/4" high. The screw also holds the sash corner. Can someone help me ID this one and the part number? Thanks, Craig

These pictures are from an old but still working window in an old apartment building. The handle is missing and probably other parts. I don't know the window manufacturer. I would like to just put in a new operator. Can you tell what would work as a replacement?

The coil balance spring on one side broke. I'd like to order a full replacement for both assemblies as the plastic parts all show signs of wear. The coil spring has an 8 stamped on it.
