I have a 34inch long CB. I'm enclosing pictures of the CB. It has B.S.I. E 3340 stamped in the metal. Also the lower piece of plastic has a depth of ONE inch. Windows were manufactured in 1994.

It's a champion door and the hole size is 6" center to center. It's gold and other than that's all I can tell you.

Hope your day is going well. The portion that fits in the kerf is 1/4", and the lower portion is 1/2" when you measure the lower 'lip?'. The lip that is closer to the window is 7/16". I earlier found, in your Q/A, a post from 2011 that describes our same problem, but cannot reference it this evening. Problem is with the lower sash, 25"Hx31"W, approx. 15lbs, tilt-out. I cannot identify the window. Thinking Andersen or held wen. The plastic sill covers have buckled. One window had the cover replaced with an aluminum one that appears to have simply been slid in. It is an exact match for shape.

I watched your video and when I took my window out I noticed that the pivot shoe is missing from both sides. Mine might be a different type though that doesn't use a pivot shoe? If so what do I do? Hi- We have an older Anderson crank window. The plastic piece that sits in the track and slides when the crank is turned has cracked. The cracked plastic piece is attached to the arm by some sort of compression pin and if I get it off I am not sure I can get it back on and stay. Does a replaceme ... (cont.)
