I can't find these parts locally. The windows are aluminum and about 30 years old. Hopefully you can be of assistance.

Attached are pictures of the coil balance for my window. These pictures are from my window that weighs 23lbs. I also have another window that weighs 18lbs. and has the same problem where the coils have broken. The coils have broken on both sides of the windows. The plastic cover and the shoe are in ...
