Please help identify which type of door roller this is on my sliding door window

Length: 27 inches Stamp: 26 4 RK Number of balance: 2

Balance is 33" and has a marking of 3220.

I haven't removed them yet as I'm afraid to without having a part to replace them. This one says Lincoln and it's 4.5" wide at the narrowest and maybe 5" wide at the widest. Not sure as I didn't take it off the window. Also says "made in the USA."

I accidentally bumped the window while it was open and the crank jumped a couple of gears and now it will not allow the window to close. Might you have a replacement for this?

An elderly friend of mine broke one of these on her storm window I told her I would try to find a replacement.

I need replacement counter balances for certainteed vertical windows. 26" channels ( without end fittings)should work fine

Hi - I have several windows with this piece broken off and am looking to find the replacement part to fix the window if possible. The windows either don't open but a crack or open and fall. There are 2 guides on the frame and both have broken. I believe the measure is 1-1/16 ? Is this something you carry? Please give me pricing, delivery charge and probable delay.

Hi, My window balance shoes with the coils break off and on when taking the windows out to clean them (one size fit every size window, pic below). The company that installed them use to just give me 4-5 at a time when I would go there for a new one. But like everything else they no longer have them ... (cont.)

I'd like to replace my single-hung window sash counterbalances and was hoping you could identify the part. I've attached pictures. The balances are 21" long (not including attachments). The stamp on them reads 20 D with B.S.I. stamped sideways. Thanks for the assistance!
